CNC dual counter-rotational machining . . . on curved parts produces uniform smoothness, stain depth, and appearance across the entire curve.  Conventional machining of arched panels and rails presents a unique problem.  The cutter produces a smooth cut going in and a rough one coming out so each portion looks different when stained.  Our CNC counter-rotating method slices the end-grain clean from both directions for uniform smoothness and appearance.
