Inspection for quality and appearance . . . at every step of the production process.  The wood stock we use to make your doors does not pass through a molder, which is the common industry practice.  All our frame parts are cut to length before they are machined.  We then inspect each part for bow and appearance to determine the best side for the cabinet face before profiling each one.  This extra time and effort makes a noticeable difference on your projects.
