Our industry-best, multi-step sanding process . . . applies eight distinct operations, displayed as you scroll through this series of photos, to remove marks and blemishes while producing a satiny surface.
The first machine in this process (shown above) performs three sequential operations, beginning with two wide-belt, contact rolls for calibrating and medium-grit sanding, followed by a polishing platen operation.
The final size, square, and edge details are applied and the edges are initially sanded via this first machine.
